and establishes and implements this Fair Trade Compliance Policy to promote fair and transparent operations and contribute to the sound development of the industry.

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all employees of the Company.

2. Measures in Case of Violations

Any person who becomes aware of a violation of this policy by an employee may report it to the Audit Office, Compliance Officer, or designated reporting center personnel via email, fax, telephone, or other available channels.
Violations of this policy shall be subject to disciplinary action and penalties in accordance with applicable laws and internal regulations.

3. Pursuit of Free and Fair Competition
  • The Company respects the principles of the market economy based on responsibility and transparency and actively participates in fair trade practices.
  • Unfair collusion and any unfair trade practices that undermine fairness and trust are strictly prohibited.
  • All transactions with partners shall be conducted on an equal footing, and unjustified refusal, suspension, or restriction of transactions and conditions is prohibited.
  • Unfair requests for technical data from partners are prohibited, and any use of partners’ technology or assets requires prior approval.
4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
  • The Company respects the business practices of the countries and regions in which it operates, and all employees voluntarily comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • The use of unfair contract terms and false or exaggerated advertising and labeling is prohibited.
  • Forcing purchases against the will of partners or demanding economic benefits in exchange for transactions is prohibited.
  • Instructions, approval, or facilitation of violations of fair trade laws or internal regulations are prohibited. Any suspected violation shall be promptly reported to the Audit Office, Compliance Officer, or designated reporting center personnel.

  • Equal opportunities shall be provided to all qualified partners, and partners shall be selected based on fair, objective, and reasonable criteria.
  • All transactions shall involve sufficient prior consultation on terms and procedures, and any trade secrets obtained during such processes shall be protected.

  • The Company actively supports and cooperates with partners to ensure that they do not engage in practices that violate human rights or environmental standards, including employee rights protection and supply chain transparency.
