DOOWON provides integrated HVAC systems that optimize in-vehicle comfort and thermal management,
delivering high-quality HVAC components with reliable performance.
Cooling Module
Composed of a radiator, condenser, and fan motor, the cooling module efficiently controls heat generated in the engine room,
maintaining stable performance of the engine, electrical components, and HVAC system as a core thermal management system.
Condenser
Condenses high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant from the compressor
Radiator
Dissipates heat absorbed by the coolant from various parts of the engine into the air
Fan & Motor
Generates airflow by rotating blades, supplying air to the required area and enhancing heat exchange
Intercooler
Cools compressed air in turbocharged or supercharged engines
Resistor
Installed in the power supply circuit to reduce current and control motor speed for low-speed operation
HVAC System
Composed of a heater, cooler, blower, and air ducts (intake and circulation), the HVAC system controls temperature,
humidity, and air quality inside the vehicle, providing a comfortable and safe driving environment.
Blower Motor
A fan that forcibly draws in and circulates air
Heater Core
Heats air using heat from engine coolant
Evaporator
Absorbs heat from cabin air as low-pressure refrigerant evaporates, providing cooling
Blower Unit
Draws in air from either outside or recirculated air doors, and delivers conditioned (heated or cooled) air into the cabin by suction and blowing.
Cabin Air Filter
Removes dust, pollen, and fine particles from incoming air
Actuator
Controls airflow direction and volume within the HVAC system
Duct Sensor
Measures the temperature of air after passing through the evaporator
Pwm (Pulse Width Modulation)
Controls valves based on changes in fan speed (indoor/outdoor), temperature, and pressure
Compressor
Compresses gaseous refrigerant after evaporation in the evaporator and discharges it to the condenser.
Electric-Type Compressor
Directly driven by an electric motor
Fixed-Type Compressor
Compresses and circulates refrigerant at a constant capacity
Internal Variable-Type Compressor
Automatically adjusts displacement (capacity) using internal pressure differences (suction/discharge)
External Variable-Type Compressor
Controlled by an external electronic control valve (ECV)
Refrigeration Compressor
Compresses refrigerant and circulates it to enable cooling in refrigeration systems
PAG 46 OIL
Protects internal components such as pistons, bearings, and valves, absorbs heat generated during compression, prevents pressure loss, and circulates throughout the system together with the refrigerant
Hose & Pipe
Circulates refrigerant to each component of the air conditioning system
CHILLER & VALVE ASS’Y
Circulates refrigerant between major components to enable heat exchange
DISCHARGE HOSE ASS’Y
Connection piping that transfers and circulates refrigerant between components
ACCUMULATOR ASSY
Integrated piping with a receiver-drier that removes moisture from the refrigerant and ensures stable circulation
TUBE ASS'Y-SUC&LIQ
Piping that circulates refrigerant between the compressor, condenser, and evaporator
HOSE ASS'Y-DIS
Piping for transferring high-temperature refrigerant from the compressor to the condenser
REAR PIPE
Supplies refrigerant to a separate rear air conditioning system
(applicable to large SUVs and RVs)
EXPANSION VALVE
Converts high-pressure liquid refrigerant from the compressor into low pressure and sprays it as a fine mist
